Dolce Desserts Birmingham

IVY CRUZ was commissioned to deliver a standout floral ceiling installation at Dolce Desserts, an established café and dessert lounge located in the heart of Birmingham. Known for its vibrant interiors and indulgent menus, the space required a floral design that would seamlessly integrate with its distinctive brand and enhance the visual impact of the customer experience.

To achieve this, we designed and installed a full floral canopy across the main seating area using dense layers of high-quality artificial wisteria in soft lilac and lavender tones. These tones were carefully selected to complement the café’s rich velvet seating, mirrored feature walls and ambient purple lighting. The result is a luxurious, immersive floral ceiling that adds depth, elegance, and a consistent aesthetic across the venue.

The design incorporates trailing blossoms, creating texture and movement overhead while framing key signage such as the illuminated “Oops I’m in Dolce again” statement. Our use of lifelike materials ensures the installation remains vibrant all year round, without the maintenance requirements of fresh florals.

This project not only elevates the visual identity of the Dolce Desserts brand but also enhances the overall customer environment, encouraging social sharing and increasing footfall in a highly competitive sector.
