Coco Grill & Lounge, Tower Bridge, London

Located on the banks of the Thames, Coco Grill & Lounge commissioned IVY CRUZ to design a comprehensive floral installation that would complement its glamorous interior and provide a truly memorable visual experience. The brief was to create a high-impact, immersive design that would enhance the restaurant’s opulent atmosphere, particularly on its covered terrace and within the main dining area, while reinforcing the venue’s vibrant brand identity.

Our team designed and installed a bespoke, large-scale floral canopy using a blend of lifelike artificial cherry blossoms and brilliant fuchsia-toned bougainvillea. This ceiling installation creates a lush, cascading effect, transforming the dining spaces into an enchanted, picturesque setting. The rich pink and red hues of the blooms provide a striking visual contrast against the restaurant’s deep teal and gold decor, while a verdant wall of preserved moss and foliage adds a textural backdrop.

The result is a spectacular, all-encompassing floral feature that establishes a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The installation not only enhances the restaurant’s interior but also serves as a key element of its brand, creating a breathtaking, Instagram-worthy setting that encourages a sense of wonder and reinforces Coco’s reputation as a premier London dining destination.
